Did you know that when you search “Notion dashboard template” on Google, it comes up with almost 9 million results? Yes, MILLION—so it’s no wonder that you haven’t managed to find the right template for you yet. It’s almost like Google is working against us sometimes, I swear. Or is that just called decision paralysis (aka what a lot of us ADHDers deal with on a regular basis)? 😅

To be frank, there are so many amazing Notion templates nowadays that there’s honestly something for everyone—yay! But on the flip side, the enormous volume of templates that are marketed as the “best” makes it almost impossible to decipher which one is right for you. Because the template that’s right for you won’t be right for your best friend, or for your boss, or for your partner: Notion is so cool in that it can basically become a copy of YOUR unique brain in its most organized, efficient form.

So before you read any further, let’s make sure our brains are on a somewhat similar wavelength—I don’t want you to waste your time on yet another template that doesn’t match what you’re looking for!

If you. . .

🧠 Struggle to manage your ADHD

🧠 Are constantly juggling a million tasks that never seem to get done

🧠 Need a system that works exactly the way your mind does

🧠 Desperately need more order + organization in your life

Then congratulations, my friend—I think you’ve finally found your best Notion dashboard template. ;)

What is a Notion Dashboard?

If you’re fairly new to Notion, then you might also be new to the idea of a dashboard. Simply put, a Notion dashboard is a customized space where you can get a clear overview of everything in your life.

From tasks to projects, notes to resources, calendars to brain dumps, a Notion dashboard is intended to help you keep track of everything in one place, rather than constantly switching between different apps, websites, and programs—leaving you more confused and disorganized than you started.

Every Notion dashboard is unique, and that’s the way it’s meant to be. Like I mentioned before: your brain works in a totally different way than the person next to you, so your dashboard should be totally customized to how you like to manage the varying aspects of your life.

What should I put on my Notion dashboard?

Let me stop you right there and rephrase your question a little bit: “What can I put on my Notion dashboard?” is the better way to ask it. There are no should’s or shouldn’t’s here, no judgement, no shame—so rather than building a dashboard based on what other people are doing, take inspiration and then use that to create something entirely unique to you.

Alright, alright, I’ll get off of my soapbox now.

Here are a few common pages people often add to their Notion dashboards:

  • Task lists

  • Habit trackers

  • Grocery lists

  • Recipes

  • Quick notes

  • Resources

  • Book/movie/TV trackers

  • Projects

  • Health trackers

  • Budget trackers

You can even add little widgets to your Notion dashboard that show you the current time, date, weather, or a fun quote every day. The opportunities are endless!

Keep reading to find out what pages I like to include in my own dashboard, and why I personally think they’re the best of the best 😏

The #1 Best Notion Dashboard for ADHD

I’m sure you’re more than ready to get to what you came here for: the BEST Notion dashboard template for ADHD. Of course, “best” is subjective and will be determined differently by everyone, but I’ll hazard a guess and say that if you’re an ADHDer looking to manage your life with more ease + organization, you’re gonna looove this.

I designed the ADHD Daily Dashboard for myself before I ever shared it with anybody else. Just like you, I was craving a space that not only supported my ADHD in managing all of life’s craziness, but was also easy to use and not over-complicated to implement.

Now, nearly 200 people have made the decision to get the dashboard for themselves, and let me tell you: it is a GAME changer.

Oh, and did I mention that it’s not one, not two, but three systems in one? 👀

Why It’s the Best In the Biz

Let’s talk about what makes this Notion dashboard template different from the rest of the thousands out there:

It’s built specifically for ADHD minds

Unlike generic productivity templates, this dashboard is thoughtfully designed with ADHD-friendly features that align with how ADHD brains process information. The main goal is to minimize overwhelm and maximize clarity, and that can only happen if a system is built to work for your ADHD rather than against it. Notion can definitely be overwhelming for beginners, but once you’ve got the basics down, you won’t know how your brain survived without it.

Want to learn more about how to work with your ADHD instead of battling against it? I absolutely love the blog post I wrote featuring 7 Ways You Can Lean Into Your ADHD in 2025.

It gives you a quick snapshot for instant relief

With the Quick Snapshot feature I built into this dashboard, it’s easy to see all your most important tasks, recent accomplishments, and key resources at a glance, without navigating to ten different pages. Whenever you need to create a new task on a whim, add a new event to your calendar, or check off a habit you just completed, you can do it with the Quick Snapshot feature faster than you could even say “Notion.”

Flexible weekly task lists

If you’re anything like me and you *despise* rigidity with every fiber of your being, the weekly task list was literally made for you. Offering structure without the pressure of making a plan and never being able to adjust it, the list allows you to move tasks around easily, prioritize without forcing anything, and avoid the frustration of feeling behind if you need to push a task to a different day. There shouldn’t be any shame around flexing your schedule to better fit your life whenever you need to, so why should your Notion system make you feel that way? (spoiler alert: it shouldn’t)

Gentle personal development systems

I’ll be the first to say that I don’t vibe with the traditional personal development education that’s often taught by productivity bros who believe you can’t be successful unless you get up at 5am to work out every day. Never have, probably never will.

What works better for me is a gentle personal development system that encourages growth without feeling overwhelming or judgemental. I’ve designed just that to be a part of the Daily Dashboard, offering tools like monthly reviews and habit tracking so you can stay focused on your goals—but not in a really cliche, forced way that doesn’t feel true to you.

All-in-one organization

Say goodbye to app-hopping forever—the beauty of a dashboard is that it brings everything from your life into one seamless system. Why juggle multiple apps when you could have just one space that encompasses your tasks, notes, goals, and personal life management?! Honestly, none of us need any more apps to clog up our workflows and take up more of our phone’s storage space.

Designed for mobile access

Seaking of phones, most of us like to have access to everything we need whether we’re at our desk or at the grocery store. I’ve specifically created a beautifully-designed mobile page so you can use your dashboard on the go, and keep your brain somewhat organized no matter where life takes you. Nothing is worse than using a new website or program, only to find that the mobile version is basically unusable!

Visually appealing & ADHD-friendly layout

No boring layouts here—this dashboard isn’t just functional, but beautiful with aesthetically-pleasing designs that make you actually want to use it. Notion offers a ton of customizable elements, and when paired with my easy-to-navigate layouts, this dashboard is genuinely enjoyable to use + much easier to stick with for the long haul.

Want to make your Notion dashboard even more aesthetic? Here are a few tips to get you started:

  • Add GIFs featuring characters, colors, artwork, or settings you love

  • Choose an accent color for each page (and change it once it’s not novel to you anymore)

  • Add fun widgets (Spotify, calendar, weather, etc.)

  • Use emojis (so many of them!)

  • Upload custom emojis (you can find tons on Etsy, Creative Market, etc.)

Built-in dopamine hits

You probably already know that dopamine is super necessary for staying engaged in something long-term as an ADHDer—that’s why I’ve built in features like progress tracking, recent wins, and customization options that make using the dashboard fun and rewarding.

No fluff—only what you need

When I created the first version of this dashboard, I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be over complicated like so many of the other Notion setups I’ve seen over the years. Instead, this dashboard cuts through the noise and delivers exactly what busy ADHD folks need to stay on track—without unnecessary distractions.

Tested and adored by real ADHDers

Don’t just take it from me: this dashboard is a proven system used by thousands of people with ADHD who have found relief, organization, and success in their daily lives—from business owners, to students, to busy moms, dads, professionals. It's more than just a planner; it's a lifeline for ADHDers who want to get organized in a way that finally works for them!
